This post is written for me more so than for any other people.  While writing this post, I can feel a strong sense of emotion built up from within.  There is lump in my throat almost as if it will choke me any moment.  I know I want to make it in internet business success this year.   No more procrastination, no more excuses, no more tire-kicking frustration.  It must be straight work and consistency.  In actual fact, it is because of an email I received recently.  In this email, this guy enclosed an video in which this particular phrase was used.  That prompts me to use it as my post title.   Derek  Gehl of Internet Marketing Center is going to unveil on January 24, 2008 at 10 am a never-seen-before system that will send *shockwaves* through the Internet marketing world and most likely tick off his competitors…  And this is going to be an explosive POWERFUL, step-by-step turnkey Internet business that the potential for us to earn up to 5-figures or more income in as little as 90 days!

Now, this post is NOT written to promote his system.  and it is NOT written as a paid post.  No, no..  This post is written just because I am feeling emotional about it.  Perhaps because this is still the first month of the New Year and Chinese New Year has not passed yet, maybe it is the feeling of that New-Year-Must-Make-New-Resolutions, whatever.  I am hoping that this year 2008 will be my most profitable year ever!  Hopefully this positive vibe and energy will pass on to you.  May this be my journey as well as yours.

I can still remember vividly the day I finally resigned from full time employment with a company.  The year was 1990.  I was 35 then, young (well not quite that, that young) and strong headed, and thought that I could conquer the world.  I remembered the resignation letter to my boss, amongst other things I wrote to him, I  told him that I was 35 years old, and before my “youthful” energy ran out and while I still had 20 loooooong years before retirement, I would like to move on to have a taste of self-employment!

Here I am, 18 years later.  I am no wiser nor richer.  Retirement, if we use the traditional 55 years old as the yardstick,  I would be 3 years from there.  In retrospect, retirement is faster than I thought, too eminent for my comfort. :-(  The lesson for all is this, do not think that retirement is still far away.  For young bloggers, you are on the right step.  Keep on this blogging journey, keep on exploring and learning how to make money online.  The future business is found in the internet.

You Are An Artist

I know that as bloggers we have to develop our writing skills.  Yeah, I know the very first post is always the hardest to write.  You do not know what to write, you are scared you don’t write well, you think others will laugh at your language, you fear this, your fear that.  But as you get started, writing become more and more fluent, it flows actually.  But I didn’t know that writing has a lot to do with drawing!

Watch the video of the 91 Year Old Superhuman Jacque Fresco below to find out what “it” actually is …

So do you draw?  You have to, because it is actually who you are, says the wise man.

Trading, business, transaction, commerce or whatever name we call them, works on the principle of supply and demand. On the two sides of a coin of supply and demand, it is hard to debate on which is more important than the other. The relationship of the two is often intricate and will largely determine the marketable value of the two.

The graph here illustrates this relationship in commerce. I would like to write about the relationship between bloggers and advertisers in the light of this graph. The perfect equilibrium will be at the intersection of the two curves. Any variation will cause excessive supply or unwanted demand or the other way round. What is the situation currently in respective of bloggers and advertisers? Are there more bloggers than advertisers? Without taking any statistic, I believe I am correct to say that there are definitely much more bloggers than advertisers. In such situation, when the supply of bloggers far out-numbers advertisers, it creates a vacuum of surplus. We hear advertisers insisting on blogs with PR3 or better. So is it true that advertisers are spoilt for choice in their selection of bloggers to help them with advertisement? This seems generally so.

However, I would also iterate that bloggers who write quality contents are not easily found and are the rare species. I am of the opinion that PR is not the ultimate measurement of blogs’ quality. How many times have you discovered some excellent blogs with great contents and then realize they don’t even have any PR? PR complex aglorithm is designed to thwart and outsmart deliberate engineering or manoeuvring of some people, and to some degree it has been successful. On the other hand, it can be too mechanical to qualify blog contents of their literate and inspirational value. Beside, the current PR system most people are familiar with, is in my honest opinion, very subjective and bias. Basing on PR to scout for quality bloggers will only be successful to a limited degree.

Hopefully, there are more measuring systems designed to qualify blogs more objectively soon. The real worth of a blog should not be gauged only solely from the number of back links, the traffic per day, page loads or some statistics, although these are some definite forms of measurement. I would wish one day some one is talented enough to come up with software sophisticated and intelligent enough to qualify a blog based on its contents, the intrinsic and aesthetic value that the particular blog brings to the readers, the inspirational value and motivational factor that the blog can provide. To this aim, I aspire to continue to provide quality contents.

Blogger Selections Of The Day:

The conference calls are a facility rendered by the cell phone companies to its users. The credit card culture is very much a part of fashion today even in third world countries. The debt consolidation loans are offered to business men to avoid the chances of bad debt, it’s a kind of debt help given to businesses. The home mortgage facility must be carefully read and examined before the use. To apply for a credit card one doesn’t have to do much of documentation these days.
