Basically from the mental side people speak of such things as being “stressed out” or feel like they are having a “nervous breakdown!” This is serious business, if the person can not find a good method for letting go of this kind of stress.

Within the world of outward physical signs people can display and a host of symptoms, but some of them that you can easily notice are nervousness, irritability, weight-loss and problems sleeping at night. No matter how you look at it, these symptoms, many times, can be considered early warning signs of more meaningful actions to be displayed.

If what you truly seek is emotional well being then you must know how to determine these high stress situations well before they become serious.

Here are 5 helpful, quick steps that you can do to get yourself on a better path towards mental stability and eliminating significant amounts of stress.

• More than enough evidence demonstrates that regular working-out can diffuse negative physical and mental energy! But, let’s keep in mind it should not be for just a few minutes. You must find exercise that takes you out 45 minutes or longer if you can. It does not have to be something to where you are going to go berserk. Just cruising, to where you are nice and steady. The goal here is to stimulate the big-time release of the feel good hormones, called beta-endorphins.

These beta endorphins elevates a person’s mood and they naturally feel better. Now, let’s not forget the amazing release of stress that is removed from the steady state of exercise. Stress test measurements on every level start decrease significantly when engaged in working out on this level.

• Get out there and learn a new trade or hobby, It really can be whatever you love or have dreamed about peace and calm couple with a worthwhile goal and/or dream can help you to find yourself and elevate your state of emotional well being.

• Do some volunteer work assisting those who are less fortunate than you. Perhaps it is doing something such as working with homeless people or preparing some really cool meals for senior citizens, or perhaps visiting them with a pet dog or cat. Did you know that seniors feel better when handling a pet dog or cat? It actually creates dramatic feel good hormone changes in their bodies.

• Meditate and find your peace with God Almighty. Really it gets pretty simple with is recommendation. Allow yourself to turn over your burdens to Him. Work yourself into strong prayerful meditation with God and fully give up these concerns to Him.

• Slow down and breathe! Not all task are rush, rush, rush! The bottom-line on this topic is that you must learn how to prioritize your efforts based on the school of thought that goes like this… first things, first and last things, last. Everything else, the attitude of no big deal should be adopted!

People of the world, it is that simple and all you have to do is take bold and swift action that you are going to start to simplify your life right at this moment in time. It is truly the starting point for being on the road of self-discovery and emotional well being.

To illustrate, let me tell you 2 stories. These stories are real life stories of friends of mine. One of them has all the luck in the world in business and the finances that go with it. The other one is always lacking behind when it come to business and the richness of this world. Of course I will change the names to protect those in these stories.

First, John who attempts just about anything and never succeeds. He seems to lack behind in all the opportunities he participates in. He lacks the good luck others have had in those same opportunities. When I think of him, I am reminded of an ant. These insects work very hard all summer long just to get through the winter. That is exactly what John does. He has great ideas, works hard, puts a lot of money aside and then slows down to reap the rewards. Sooner or later, he must come back out, just like the ant in the spring to start all over again and begin again. Of course John doesn’t want to start all over again every time. He figures he finally did it right and can finally retire, enjoy life and reap the benefits of his work. It always crumbles down, his rewards never last, then he has to restock again.

Mark on the other hand, he is rich today. Just a little older than I am and he has been enjoying the benefits of Freedom for almost 20 years now. Not only has he been enjoying this Freedom, but his assets has been growing ever since. He didn’t completely stop for the winter and enjoy his rewards. He spends his time helping those wanting to follow in his footsteps and build the same business he has been building. He helps people around him who are in need and don’t have the luxuries he benefits from. He also helps make the system he created work better with his presence in it, his positive attitude and mindset which increases the cash flow proportionally much higher than his invested time at the present.

The difference between John and Mark is that one thinks he can work once and benefit the luxuries from it, enjoy life and forget everyone else. Only think of himself. As the other one spends some of his time helping others. His selfless acts attract even more people closer to him and his business. He reads more and then talks about those books in his everyday vocabulary. His mindset shifted from learning, to doing and then teaching. And to be a better teacher, he learns some more. If we look around us, the people that are successful in life, for the majority of them, are people that help others succeed as well. Whether it is in business or their personal lives, they manage to help those looking to achieve the same lucky strikes they have brought onto themselves.

If luck was just random. It would be spread out evenly to everyone on this planet. I think we make our own luck. We decide consciously or unconsciously whether we get good luck or not. We decide it by our actions, our thoughts, our mindset. If you want better success, follow in the foot steps of the ones that have made it for themselves and change your mindset to match their way of thinking. And then keep the wealth of the luck going by helping others achieve what they cannot achieve on their own, then you will grow your own wealth with this luck you have created for yourself. It took me 20 years to learn this life lesson from Mark. I could have been free a long time ago had I followed in his foot steps. But it is never too late to learn. I have achieved that Freedom a few months ago. What are you waiting for?

I believe we are destined to be successful.  Our DNA is programmed to be a winner, in fact we beat millions of others in that initial spurt and become who we are today.  I believe we have a course to follow.  Blogging for succes is very much like the journey of the caterpillar.  There is not short cut, we need to believe that we are programmed to success, along the way, we just need to take one step at a time.  These are things I believe that as bloggers, we need to do daily:

1. Set a goal to read and learn from other successful blogger.  Read at least 10 posts from different bloggers and take note of what they say.
2. Set a goal to at least post 3 to 5 comments daily.  This is done so you may have some backlinks to your blog.
3. Write at least 5 posts per week, if possible on a daily basis.
4. Write articles to article sites so you are able to get links from their readers.

If we do otherwise and think there are shortcuts, we are like the “caterpillars who think their have their own minds and destination.”  The journey of a thousand begins with the first step….. and  then next….and next..

So what has this meditation to do with business?

Napoleon Hill wrote a book Think and Grow Rich that has practically changes the lives of many successful people.   The book was the result of interviewing over 500 great people, like Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Theodore Roosevelt, John D. Rockefeller, Dr. Alexander Graham Bell, Wilbur Wright, Charles M. Schwab, and many other great names.  Imagine this book is the compilation of all the great thinkers and philosophers.  The very basic message is one has to get right his core, his inner self to discover the greatness and richness in him to be successful.

So in our business, be it physical or online, meditation (or prayer for some) plays a vital part in our success.  In fact meditation is known to produce other good “side effects”, calmness, lower blood pressure, reduce heart beats to prolong the life span of a person.  It is only naturally to include meditation as part of the way to men’s health.

This is quite an achievement for a young blogger to have within a short time only 4 months.  How did he do it?  I would say that he has all the right things of a blogging beginners.  Looking at his posts and communication with the world from his blog, I deduce the following factors that characterize a succesful blogger:

1. He is determine, ambitious and intelligent.
2. He is willing to learn from the internet gurus.  He wrote in his post that he sought for advices from a few well known internet gurus who are making money by blogging.
3. He has written his plan, detailing what he wants month by month, how much traffic to drive to his blog, how much money from google adsense, how much to earn from affiliate programs. 
4. He reads widely, learn fast and willing to spend gruelling hours to put up many interesting and informative posts.
5. He is creative and able to use different methods to get people to back link to him and come visit his blog.
6. He interacts well with his readers, appreciative of people who come and help him.
7. He has a master plan, and he knows what he wants.
