			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Without a doubt a successful insurance professional needs a daily supply of quality <a href='http://www.insuranceleadgenerationtips.com' target='_blank'>insurance leads</a> to grow and sustain his or her agency.  The question we all ask is; “where do we get these quality insurance leads?”  There are really only two answers to this question.  The first answer is you can buy insurance leads and the second answer is you create and generate them yourself.  </p>
<p>The first option of buying insurance leads is a quick fix for an influx of prospects, but you get a lot of “duds” before you get that profitable “gem”.  Even though buying leads can bring results (if done correctly), working and calling these leads are very frustrating and expensive (although sometimes a necessary evil to get your business off the ground).  Typically you can spend in a range of $8-$35 per lead.  To me that is a RIP OFF!  Not to mention that these leads are sold to about 4-10 agents all bombarding the same prospect to get their business.  Sure you can buy “exclusive” <a href='http://www.insuranceleadgenerationtips.com' target='_blank'>leads</a> that are only sold to one agent, but the reality is that most shoppers go to more than one website.  As you probably have experienced already the end result is exactly the same, you are competing with other agents for the same piece of business.  This scenario is not fun for you or the customer.  By the time you actually hear the sound “hello” and you begin your introduction they have already hung up on you because they are so overwhelmed and upset over this whole buy/shopping process.  </p>
<p>To be truly successful in the insurance industry, or for any sales profession for that matter, you need to create and generate you own exclusive insurance leads.  These types of leads have much more quality and hold much more value than any type of lead you can buy.  Normally a personally generated lead has a closing ratio of at least 80%.  Why is that?  Well for starters, the customer knows exactly who they are dealing with.  They understand that you will be calling or sending them information.  And also more importantly, these leads are much more exclusive.  These leads are not sold to multiple agents gunning for their business.  These customers are waiting to here back from YOU because they recognize YOU are the expert.  </p>
<p>There are a variety of ways to generate leads.  You can form networking groups in your community, join the local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, etc.  Another way you can create your own leads is through the internet. <p>What is this all about? Well, it is well known that companies that offer services or products in exchange for money need to be popular to have a profit. And they figured that profit comes quicker even you invest. That is why there are companies which pay regular people to have their cars wrapped in advertisements and continue driving as they normally do.</p>
<p>In order to <a href='http://ezinearticles.com/?Get-Paid-to-Advertise-on-Your-Car&amp;id=1845078' target='_blank'>get paid to advertise on your car</a>, you must be at least 18 years old, have a drivers license and, optionally, a car. I say &#8220;optionally&#8221; because you do not to have to advertise with your own car. Most car advertising companies will actually give away free cars already wrapped in advertisements, but there will be no monthly payment. All you will have to worry about is car insurance and gas money.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s the catch? In order to be accepted by such companies and earn hundreds (or even thousands, up to $3200) of dollars a month, you must use the advertising car as your primary one and make sure it gets some real exposure. You cannot drive it 10 kilometers a month and park it in your garage. In this case, even if you do get accepted by a company, you will not be able to earn a decent amount of money every month (you will probably get $100 a month or less).</p>
<p>I am sure you would like to get a check worth $700 every month doing practically nothing, right? Well, I am doing it.</p>
<p>How? It&#8217;s called car advertising and works like this:</p>
<p>1. If you own a car and want to make some extra cash every month, there are companies which will pay you up to $3200 a month just to have your car wrapped in their advertisements. The sum of money you will get depends on the type of car you drive and the size of the advertisement you want to put on.</p>
<p>2. If you don&#8217;t have a car or you just want a brand new one without spending any money on it, the same companies will be glad to let you choose from over 100,000 cars wrapped in advertisements the one you want to drive.</p>
<p>For instance, if you are a college student and want to make some extra money every month, you can sign up with specific agencies which will help you find the best deal in your area. You want to be careful when doing that because there are companies which will only pay you about $100 a month, which is very little.</p>
<p>The average monthly &#8220;salary&#8221; you want to get is $400 &#8211; $600 a month for a regular size car. Truck owners can make up to $3200 a month though! Five months ago, after doing some research, I chose to sign up with a very good agency that helped me get $700 a month just for driving my car to college and back. It may not seem that much, but it certainly helped me buy a few things I wanted for quite some time: a PS3 and a new TV.</p>

<p>None of us can deny the importance of advertisements.  Whether you are offering a product or some services, you will need to have advertisement as one of your channels to get to your prospective clients.  Modern era witness advertisement in massive scale, from the giant billboards across the highways, to the fascinating neon-light signboards brightening the surrounding competing for attention, to the very much sponsored radio channels and TV programs, advertisements have become a way of life for people in the rural and more so for the people in the urban and the cosmopolitans areas.  We are constantly bombarded with advertisements so much so that the stimuli from them , in some significant way, have infiltrated our subconscious mind, molding our behavioural pattern, buying habits and formulating our thought patterns.  We are influenced by advertisement no lesser than our children.</p>
<p>However influential these form of advertisements maybe, they remain passive and may become oblivious to some after a while.  The one powerful form of advertisement is actually word of mouth advertising.  I could recall many incidences in my life when I was very much coerced, at time willingly persuaded, to buy some products, use some services, watch a particular movie simply because a friend, a mentor or someone told me of their experiences and feeling after they have gone through themselves.  MLM marketing strategies centered around this word of mouth advertising, one gets two, two get four format to some success.  So much so that they trumpeted this as the only form of business success module.  I always wonder that if this should propagate in their so called perfect formula, generating a perfect pyramidal formation, who would be the last in line?  Would they be happy to do so staying forever last when there are no more other people to come in the fold? Goodness me, I wouldn&#8217;t know when and how this pyramid will collapse. </p>
<p>Nonetheless, nobody should ever undermine the power of word of mouth advertising.  And to be effective in the word of mouth advertising one has to identify who are most proficent in this art of advertising.  Coming from the finance services industry, I can fully understand and I have the statistic to show that not all agents or brokers are highly effective word of mouth advertisers.  It is generally true that 20%  of the agency force will end up getting in the 80% of the total business volume, and in that 20%, again it is segregated into the 20% of the most highly effective agents who will rack in the 80% business.  Little wonder all agency managers would be looking for the super-achievers to be in their teams.  These elite communicators must have ways to connect to people, their charisma so easily permeated out to their audience and in no effort influence them to certain decision.  We witness these super effective communicators in the physical business world as well as in the cyber realm.</p>
<p>Fortunately for some of us who are less articulated, there is still hope in becoming successful in business offline and online.  I am talking about viral marketing, word of mouth advertising combining with the powerful and effective viral marketing system.  Viral marketing would likely work if we are discipline enough to let at least 3 persons know of our products or services.  Joe Girard, the author of the book <strong>Worlds</strong> <strong><em>Greatest Salesman</em></strong> once said in his book that everyone on the average knows 250 people in his life.  This has become <strong><em>Girard famous Law of 250.</em></strong>  <em>His thoughts were that if you just make 1 person mad or upset, they will go out and tell 250 other people what a klutz Joe Girard is, and then each of those, will go tell 250 of their friends the same thing.  Conversely, if you treat everyone with respect and honesty, they will praise Joe Girard to 250 of their friends. &#8220;It doesn&#8217;t take a mathematical genius to know that Girard&#8217;s Law of 250 is the most important thing you can learn.&#8221;</em>   That is the power of word of mouth marketing, that is precisely how viral marketing spread like bush fire in an arid desert.  Humble and little souls as we are, let us be reminded that we have at least 250 friends whom we can trust, share and recommend them products and services we believe honestly. <br />
